BibliOdyssey. It is a book and a website, a collection of eclectic historic science and art images from rare books and prints. Both are full of excellent scans of book art and samples of illustrations from obscure manuscripts, annotated and commented.

If you like books or art, BibliOdyssey is worth visiting.

The site is a gateway to a ton of related sites, too, and has information on where and how the author locates his material. The author digs out unique old tomes on everything from nuclear reactor layouts to medieval maps and illuminated manuscripts, scans and posts the illustration and tells the background of the books.
