Petersen's Hunting has a lot of good online hunting articles posted by Petersen authors like Craig Boddington and Wayne Van Zwoll, plus articles and PSA's on optics, equipment, and reloading.

Petersen is one of the old names in outdoor publishing, and with a total of 500,000+ unique monthly visitors, magazine readership of 3.2 million and 4.2 million TV-watching households, it is the most trusted name solely devoted to the pursuit of sport hunting. Mixed with content on all facets of this sport are key features on conservation and game management , all serving to position Petersen’s Hunting enthusiasts at the forefront of the ‘green’ movement.

Publisher Robert Petersen (September 10, 1926 – March 23, 2007) was an avid sportsman. He was born in East Los Angeles, California and served in the Army Air Corps in World War II. Starting with Hot Rod Magazine in 1948, he built a publishing empire on automotive-themed publications, including Motor Trend. He also published CARtoons, Guns & Ammo, Sport, Motorcyclist, Car Craft, Hunting, Mountain Biker, Photographic, Teen, Tiger Beat, and Sassy Magazine.

RifleShooter is another online magazine from Petersen's Hunting, dedicated to those who use the rifle for sport. Boddington and other writers have a lot of articles published here also. Where "Hunting" covers the hunting field from quail to elephant, "Rifle Shooter" concentrates on rifles, in every field from bench rest shooting to hunting dangerous game.

Being both a Boddington fan and and an avid reader of anything pertaining to African hunting, I am a frequent visitor on both of these sites.
