Their aim is to inform their readers about the latest trends and techniques in Web development. Quality and not quantity is their aim, they promise to "smash" web developers with useful information.. The site isn't aimed at the casual browser, it is a tecno-heavy resource for web designers and developers.
I stumbled onto them because of their photography tips and found a LOT of useful information on layout, design, and editing, as well as some great Photoshop tutorials.
