Paladin Press isn't politically correct.
It publishes non-fiction books and videos covering a wide range of specialty topics, including personal and financial freedom, survivalism and preparedness, firearms and shooting, various martial arts and self-defense, military and police tactics, investigation techniques, spying, lockpicking, sabotage, revenge, knives and knife fighting, explosives, and other action topics although the availability of books on topics like improvised explosives has been severely curtailed in recent years.
The passage of legislation made it legally treacherous to distribute information on explosives so the company stopped publishing some 80 titles on explosives, demolitions, improvised weaponry, and self-defense. But in 2006, Paladin acquired the rights to reprint 40 books from defunct competitor Loompanics Unlimited, keeping a foothold in the “fringe publishing” world even in these legally cautious times.
Most of these "Verboten" titles are available on the used market, though sometimes at premium prices.
